Payment must be received at the time of purchase

Please follow the instruction below to ensure a smooth purchase process. Once you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not happy with your order from Leathersofamerica, please contact us.

Returns for exchange must be received at our facilities within 10 Business Days from receipt of package. (Special circumstances will be taken into consideration). Upon return and receipt of the package, Leathersofamerica will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments.

RETURN ITEMS TO: Leathersofamerica: Please use address on packing slip. U.S. residents will not be required to pay the shipping charges for the first-time replacement when we ship it back to you. Customers outside the U.S. will have to pay their own freight.

All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure proper credit.

NOTE: We advise that when shipping products back to Leathersofamerica, customers should use the same shipper as when the package was delivered, as well as insure the shipment for full value should anything happen during shipping.
